The participating institutions should inform the organizers of the number of students and names of lecturers that will take part to the school as soon as possible and in any case before April 9^th.

9th April 2010	Confirmation of participation, names of professors and titles of their lectures, approximate number of students. Send an email for confimation to Joël Jacquet or ITSS-2010
15th May 2010	Submission of the number of participating lecturers and accompanying persons, students, Ph.D. students and the titles of their presentations. Fill registration form on Registration
15th June 2010	Submission of full texts of lectures, lecture presentations and student’s presentations for proceedings purposes. 1 page summary to present student activity is required.
15th June 2010	Deadline for payment
15th June 2010	Send detail on your travel
30th June 2010	Reception of the participation fees and names of all participating students. Final program. Date, time and place of arrival (station, airport, … ) for shuttle organization.
