Registration before the deadline (March 2, 2009, 12h00 local time) is strongly recommended to ensure that your registration can be processed and to save money.

2/ An e-mail will be automatically sent to you to acknowledge the reception of your registration data and will contain a PDF registration form to be filled and sent by fax to: SUPELEC – Thérèse FRESSENGEAS – Fax number: 0033-387-764700.

All payments due should accompany the conference registration form, or evidence must be given that payment has been initiated by one of the methods detailed below. After the deadline of March 11, 2009, payment will be possible only by credit card. Registration forms without payment or information as how payment is to be made, will not be accepted.

The registration fee includes admission to the conference and photonics village, the printed technical digest with the conference program and list of exhibitors, coffee breaks, lunches and Gala dinner.

Participation to the gala dinner is included in the conference registration fees but needs to be indicated explicitly on the conference registration form. Please note also that we cannot guarantee availability to the gala dinner for those who register after MARCH 18, 2009. We therefore encourage all interested participants to register well in advance and to choose preferably a payment by credit card.
